Q: Does the daily rental rate include Insurance?

A: All prices include comprehensive insurance.

Q: Can we take the vehicle off made roads, eg. in the bush?

A: 4WD vehicles can be used off made roads, as long as they are used on a recognised track or dirt road.

Q: Can we tow trailers with vehicles?

A: All vehicles are fitted with tow-bars, we need to know the weight of the trailer and load, to suggest the appropriate vehicle for towing. Some vehicles have electric trailer braking systems.

Q: Do vehicle have Automatic transmission?

A: All vehicles are manual except 2WD Ford utilities.

Q: What is the minimum age of drivers?

A: 25 years plus.

Q: What licences do we accept?

A: We accept all current Australian and Overseas licences.

Q: What size bus can I drive with a car licence?

A: 12-seater mini bus can be driven on a car licence.

Q: What licence is required for 22 seater bus?

A: Light Rigid Truck or Small Bus heavy vehicle licence.

Q: Can we supply luggage trailers?

A: Box trailers are available for $20 per day.

Q: How much payment is required on vehicle pick up?

A: The full rental amount plus security deposit is payable at time of pick up. The deposit can be paid by credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
