Government Stamp Duty is currently 0.75% on hire charge is an additional charge payable by the renter.

Rates are subject to change without notice and all rentals are subject to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement. All rate are quoted in Australia Dollars.

Rates are for rental within Victoria. Please apply for rates on rentals travelling outside Victoria.

INSURANCE

Rates include comprehensive insurance for drivers 25 years plus. However there is a non- waivable excess of $2000 for 4WD's and $1000 for Buses for each and every accident.

Roof,underbody and interior damage is not covered by insurance as is damage caused by water to either the engine or vehicles interior. Also insurance does not cover salvage costs related to all accidents. It is the renters responsibility to return the vehicle to the place of hire. Off Road Rentals does not permit its vehicles to be driven on beaches and all insurance cover is void in such cases. The renter should ensure they do not undertake terrain beyond both the vehicles and drivers capabilities.

Also damage caused when turning, parking, reversing, etc. because consideration for the size of the bus was not taken into account is not insured. Your Rent-A-Bus is both higher and longer than a normal vehicle so care must be taken at all times when driving.

SECURITY

We request a security deposit of $1000 for Buses and $2000 for 4WD's prior to receiving your vehicle which is wholly refundable if the vehicle is returned on time to the nominated drop-off point undamaged, clean and complete with all equipment.

PAYMENT

Payment may be in cash, bank or travellers cheques, and most credit cards. Vehicles can be supplied on the production of an official order and payment of accounts is requested within 30 days.

LICENCES

We accept all current Australian and overseas driving licences of drivers 25 years plus.

DROP OFF POINTS

Rate shown are for rentals finishing at originating hiring outlet. If it is necessary the vehicle may be left in another city. However, a repositioning fee( varies according to drop-off point ) could be charged in advance for this service.

FUEL

Your vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and on your return the cost of refilling will be charged.
